Michele is an encouraging mentor and boss who recognized my unflappable Buddha nature. Michele takes the time to make everyone in the lab feel welcomed, get to know them, and discuss their ideas and goals. Unfortunately all my memories I shared with her are through Zoom, but I enjoyed going to the digital Jazz concert and eating Wisconsin cheese!
